Our New Habit Challenge!

   How much time would you say you spend sitting during the day? 20-30%? That doesn't sound too bad right? In fact, the average adult spends 50-70% of his day sitting! Research shows that the longer you sit the more likely you are to develop heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and obesity. We decided that we did not like those numbers and odds, so here at Sarah Cain Design we will be taking team walks during our lunch break a few times a week!

    Taking these short walk breaks are not only good for your health, but your productivity and mood, too! Walking through a park or some sort of green space in your area can lessen your brain fatigue and frustration and will bring so much more positivity into your day. Getting some sun on your skin after being inside for long period of time will boost your productivity to tackle the rest of your work day. 

   We have our sneakers packed and can't wait to feel all of these positive effects on our spirits!
