De-Cluttering Your Space

Spring cleaning can be over-whelming, especially when you are pressed for time. Break up organizing your home into smaller projects throughout the month to avoid a day spent stressing out about cleaning. Hit a couple of spots every day and you will have a clutter-free home in no time!

Clean out drawers whenever you have extra time; you will be surprised what you can get done in 15 minutes! You can pick up organizing containers at any office store, or get creative and make your own.

Take out any articles of clothes that you have not worn in the past 6 months. You can bring them to your local consignment shop, or if you are in a rush donate them to your local GoodWill or Salvation Army. Making the extra space will make it easier to organize your closet later on and give it a "boutique" feel. Splurge on some nice hangers and storage solutions. This will upgrade your closet and make getting dressed an experience!

Throw out or donate any hair or makeup products that you have not used. Organize them according to products that you use on a daily basis, that way your essentials are easy to reach.
